THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me HYPATIA DELLOW wife of James Rigney Dellow of Parramatta near Sydney in the State of New South Wales HEREBY REVOKING all former wills and testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me I APPOINT WALTER JOSEPH DELLOW of Sydney aforesaid Accountant to be the sole Executor and Trustee of this my Will I DIRECT my Executor to pay to my husband JAMES RIGNEY DELLOW the sum of One hundred pounds (£100/0/0) at such times and by such instalments as he in his absolute discretion shall think fit I DIRECT my Executor to pay VINCENT DELLOW the sum of Two hundred and fifty pounds (£250/0/0) at such times and by such instalments as he in his absolute discretion shall think fit The rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever situated I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH to my Executor to stand possessed of the same ON TRUST for my daughter PATEY DELLOW absolutely I DIRECT that my Executor shall have full power in his absolute discretion to advance to any of my infant children such sum or sums as he in his absolute discretion shall think fit for the proper maintenance education and support of such children IN TESTIMONY whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my will this fourth day of April, in the year of our Lord, One thousand nine hundred and thirtyfour.
