Gives and bequeaths to his eldest son Morris Griffith two bullocks of four years of age.
Gives and bequeaths to his son Owen two four-year-old bullocks and one wether.
Gives and bequeaths to his son Richard Griffith two of his best bullocks.
Bequeaths to his son Samuel two oxen, two four-year-old bullocks and ten sheep over a year old.
Gives and bequeaths 15 shillings to his daughter Ann Griffith and her husband John ap Richard, which money he had loaned his son-in-law.
Makes his wife Agnes vch William and his daughters Jane Griffith and Margaret Griffith co-executrices of his last will and testament.
Appoints Richard Poole and Samuel Poole overseers of his will.
Moreover wills that his son Morris Griffith shall have a four-year-old gray mare.
Owed 42 shillings by his brother Owen ap Richard of Pwll y March which he gives to his son Owen Griffith.
