Named as a beneficiary in the 1832 Will of his uncle John Lloyd of Dinas, then of Graigddû.

In 1851 William Lloyd (43) of Trawfynydd Merionethshire, farmer of ?? acres, and wife Ann (40) of Gwyddelwern Merionethshire, were living in Plas yn coedrwy Llantysilio Denbighshire. Present were children: Jane (9) of Corwen Merioneth, and born in Llantysilio Denbigh: Mary (7), John (5), William (3), Edward (4m)

In 1861 William Lloyd (53) of Trawsfynydd Merionethshire, farmer of 89 acres employing 1 labourer, and wife Ann (50) of Gwyddelwern Merionethshire, were living Plas Yn Coedrwy Llantysilio Denbighshire. Present were children: Jane (18) of Corwen Merioneth, and born in Llantysilio: John (15), William (13), Edward (10), Elinor (7), Richard (5), granddaughter Jane Ann (9) months of the same place

In 1881 William Lloyd (72) of Trawfynydd Merionethshire, farmer of 80 acres employing 1 man & 1 boy, and wife Anne (70) of Corwen, were living in Plas Coedrwy Llantysilio Coedrwy Denbighshire. Present were son Richard (24) of Llantysilio, granddaughter Jane Ane Lloyd (20) of Llantysilio.

The Will of William Lloyd late of Plas yn Coedrwg in the Parish of Llandyssilio in the County of Denbigh, Farmer, who died 7 November 1881 at Plas yn Coedrwg was proved 26 August 1882 by Ann Lloyd of Plas yn Coedrwg Widow the Relict the sole Executrix. Personal Estate £291 10s 3.
