7th April, 1930. On this date, Letters of Administration of the estate of the abovenamed deceased were granted to Isabel Herbert of Stannum, Widow of the said deceased. Intestate died on the 13th June, 1929.

"MR. HENRY JOSEPH HERBERT.

An extremely sad event was the passing of Mr. Henry Joseph Herbert at .the home of his father-in-law, Mr. W. J. Griffiths, on the 13th instant, at the early age of 23 years, Deceased was the son of Mr. Joseph Henry Herbert, a very old identity of the town. His mother predeceased him by some years. Deceased married Isabel Griffiths in 1927, and is survived by his wife and one child, Isabel, aged nine months. The deceased was born at EmmaviIle and has resided about the Emmaville and Bolivia districts during the greater part of his life. The funeral cortege proceeded from 'Culloden,' to the Church of England portion of the town cemetery, where the remains were interred, the Rev. F. S. Young officiating at the graveside." ⁶
