Will of Margaret Farnell late of Lewisham, Widow, written 14 May 1890, probate 4 Jul 1899.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Margaret Farnell of Lewisham near Sydney in the Colony of New South Wales Widow. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and subject thereto give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of or to which I may be in any manner seized possessed or entitled at the time of my death or over which I have or shall have any disposing power (including the silver tea and coffee service and silver salvers presented to me by my late husband's Constituents) unto my daughter Edith Marion Farnell absolutely. And I appoint her the sole Executrix of this my Will. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my Will the fourteenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

4th July 1899. By Act of Court. Probate of the last Will and Testament of the abovenamed deceased granted to Edith Marion Farnell of Dulwich Hill Spinster the daughter of the said deceased and the sole Executrix in Will named.
Testatrix died at Dulwich Hill on the 21st May 1899.
