In 1783 Thomas Thomas 'the Younger' was the sole executor and residuary legatee of his father's will. Thomas received his father's estates in Trevorvas Wollas in the parish of Breage and in Croft an Carns in the parish of Germoe.

Abstract of the Will of Thomas Thomas of the Parish of Breage in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 14 May 1805, proved 21 Jan 1806. 2
Gives an annuity of £4 to his daughter Mary wife of Richard Gilbert of the borough of Helston, tinner, to be paid out of his leasehold estate of Goelbroath in the parish of Germoe.
Gives to his daughter Alice the wife of Nicholas Walters his right, title and interest in Goelbroath aforesaid.
Gives £5 to his daughter Margaret the wife of Thomas Symons of Breage.
Gives £10 to his grandson John Symons son of his said daughter Margaret, payable when he turns twenty-one.
Gives £15 each to his daughters Sarah and Martha.
Gives to his wife Elizabeth all his leasehold property not previously given or bequeathed, along with his household goods and stock, for the term of her natural life. After her death he wills the same to his son Thomas Thomas.
All the rest of his goods & chattels he gives to his said wife Elizabeth, appointing her sole executrix of his last will and testament.
