Gives and bequeaths an annuity of £4 to his wife for the term of her natural life.
Gives and bequeaths £50 to his daughter Elizabeth now the wife of Thomas Thomas als. Trelill.
Gives and bequeaths £50 to his daughter Ann now the wife of James Symons.
Gives and bequeaths to his youngest sons John and Edward his tenement in Tregoning in the parish of Breage the profits of which will used for their maintenance until they reach the age of twenty-one years. He also gives them his estate in Chevirtoden.
Gives to his sons William, Henry and George his tenement called Trevorles als. Treworles, along with the rest of his goods & chattels, share and share alike, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
Gives £5 to his grandson the son of James Symons.
Gives £5 to Ann the daughter of his daughter Elizabeth.
Gives 1 shilling each to his godchildren.
