Will of Nea Peace Irby late of near Casino, Married Woman, written 21 Jun 1921, probate 23 Sep 1921.
This is the last Will and testament of me Nea Peace Irby (wife of Walter Irby) of Casino in the State of New South Wales Farmer made this twenty first day of June one thousand nine hundred and twenty one. I revoke all other Wills made by me and I appoint Andrew Glass of Tweed Heads in the State of New South Wales Bank Manager as Executor to this my Will. I direct that my funeral and testamentary expenses and all my just debts shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give devise and bequeath unto my sister Norma Vashti Nina Blunt all property that I am now or may in the future be possessed of or entitled to for her to dispose of as and when she thinks fit and I direct the said Norma Vashti Nina Blunt to hold the said property or the proceeds of the sale thereof or part sale thereof in trust for the absolute benefit of my two nieces Carmen Elizabeth Mary Blunt and Ruth Nea Blunt in equal shares until they respectively attain the age of twenty one years. If my property or any residue thereof is not disposed of by the time my youngest niece Ruth Nea Blunt attains the age of twenty one years I direct the property then remaining shall be then divided in equal shares between my two nieces. I further give devise and bequeath unto my aforesaid two nieces for their sole and personal benefit in equal shares all my moneys in any Bank whether at fixed deposit or Current? Account that I may ---?--- or hereinafter be possessed of or entitled to and all moneys due to me for rents of properties Such moneys I direct to be held in trust by my executor unto my two nieces shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years. I further devise and bequeath unto my two nieces in equal shares all furniture S---ware and Jewellery that I may be possessed of at the time of my decease and I further give unto the said Carmen Elizabeth Mary Blunt my Auto Piano and all Xylonite Ware and to the said Ruth Nea Blunt my Diamond and Emerald Pendant. Any residue of my estate not herein before mentioned I give in equal shares to my two nieces. In witness whereof I the said Nea Peace Irby have to this my last Will & testament set my hand the twenty first day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty one. Signed by the testator Nea Peace Irby and acknowledged by her to be her last Will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time and subscribed by us as Witnesses in the presence of the said testator and of each other N. T. Wilson Bank Official Tweed Heads, R. W. Osborne Bank Official Tweed Heads.
23 September 1921. On this date Probate of the last Will and testament of the said deceased was granted to Andrew Glass of Tweed Heads Bank Manager the sole Executor named in the said Will. Testatrix died at Coolangatta 23 June 1921. Estate sworn at £2232. 4. 8 nett. 5
