Will of Kingsley O'Donnell late of Emmaville and A. I. Forces, written 31 Jan 1917, probate 6 Sep 1919.
This is the last will and Testament of me Kingsley O'Donnell formerly of Emmaville but now of the Australian Imperial Forces whereof I appoint my brother Frank Arthur Leslie O'Donnell of Glen Innes Solicitor Sole Executor. I give devise and bequeath the whole of my estate both real and personal of or to which I shall die possessed or entitled unto my wife Sylvia O'Donnell absolutely. I direct payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and lastly I revoke all former wills. As witness my hand this 31st day of January one thousand nine hundred and seventeen. Kingsley O'Donnell.
Signed by the Testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us...who... have hereunto set our names as witnesses James Sinclair Pearce, Railway Employee, Oak Street Seymour, T. A. Downie, Labourer, Parry Street Seymour.
6th September 1919. On this date Probate of the last will and Testament of the said deceased was granted to Frank Arthur Leslie O'Donnell of Glen Innes Solicitor the sole Executor named in the said Will. Testator died on Active Service Abroad 31st August 1918. Estate sworn at £293 : 10 : 2 Net. 3
