THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me LESLIE ROBERT BENSON of Artie St Fairfield in the State of New South Wales, Builder. I give devise and bequeath the whole of my estate both real and personal to my wife Maude Ellen Benson for her own absolute use and benefit and I APPOINT my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have to this my Will set my hand this 16th day of October One thousand nine hundred and thirty six. L. R. BENSON.
