THIS IS THE LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of me CLARA LAVINIA HINE of Pertsdown No. 13 Laurel Street, Willoughby widow. I HEREBY REVOKE all previous wills and testamentary writings at any time heretofore made or executed by me and I APPOINT JOHN WILLIAM HOBBS of No. 28 Kingston Street, Haberfield Gentleman and FREDERICK BENNETT LITTLE of Sydney Solicitor Executors of this my will. I GIVE AND DEVISE unto my step-son WILLIAM MONTAGUE HINE of "Neustead" Gale Street, Woolwich my cottage known as "Pertsdown" No. 13 Laurel Street Woolwich aforesaid together with the furniture contained therein at the time of my death AND I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH the residue of my real estate and the residue of my personal estate unto my said executors upon trust to sell call in and convert the same into money AND TO HOLD one third of the proceeds of such sale calling in and conversion UPON TRUST for ADA ISABEL BENSON of No. 13 Junction Street, Summer Hill Spinster if she shall survive me but if she shall predecease me then TO HOLD such third part UPON TRUST for THOMAS ALFRED O'DONNELL of "Daltha" Earnshaw Street, Gladesville Shipping Official AND TO HOLD one other third part of such sale calling in and conversion into money UPON TRUST for HUGH ARMSTRONG O'DONNELL of "Daltha" Earnshaw Street, Gladesville aforesaid if he shall survive me and if he should predecease me then TO HOLD such third share UPON TRUST for the said Thomas Alfred O'Donnell AND TO HOLD the remaining third part of the proceeds of such sale calling in and conversion UPON TRUST for DORIS O'DONNELL of "Daltha" Earnshaw Street, Gladesville aforesaid if she shall survive me but if she shall predecease me then as to one hundred pounds (£100 -0 -0) thereof to pay the same to the SOUTH NEW SOUTH WALES CONFERENCE OF THE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS AND I DECLARE that the receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of the said conference shall be a sufficient discharge for the same AND TO PAY the balance of such third share unto the REVEREND R.B.S. HAMMOND to be applied by him in such philanthropic work as he in his absolute discretion shall think fit AND I DECLARE that the said Frederick Bennett Little shall at at [sic] liberty to act as solicitor in all matters in anywise in connection with my estate and shall be entitled to receive the same remuneration for his professional services as if were not an executor of this my will. THIS IS THE FIRST CODICIL to the last Will and Testament of me CLARA LAVINIA HINE of Pertsdown No. 13 Laurel Street, Willoughby Widow. I HEREBY ALTER my will bequeathing to my neice ADA ISABEL BENSON of No. 13 Junction Street, Summer Hill Spinster my share of the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds (£150 - 0 - 0) standing to the credit of herself and myself on fixed deposit with the Government Savings Bank of New South Wales Rural Bank Department and all interest accruing due thereon to the date of my death which said fixed deposit is at present evidenced by receipt number 28149 AND I DECLARE that this bequest is in addition to any other share to which the said Ada Isabel Benson is entitled under the terms of my will and in all other respects I confirm the terms of my said will. IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Testatrix hath hereunto subscribed her name this third day of February One thousand nine hundred and thirty two. CLARA L. HINE.

On this date Probate of the last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of the above-named deceased was granted to John William Hobbs and Frederick Bennett Little the executors named in the said will.
