Will of Elizabeth Betsy McSorley, written 8 Sep 1884, probate 6 Nov 1884...

"This is the last Will and testament of me Elizabeth Betsy McSorley of Sydney but late of Parramatta in the Colony of New South Wales, widow. After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my daughter Mary Ann wife of Robert Winstanley of Sydney aforesaid, Dentist, and hereby appoint the said Robert Winstanley sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all other testamentary writings. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eighth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty four - Betsy McSorley [signed].
Signed by the said testator as and for her last Will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her sight and presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting Witnesses.— William Pearce Solr Sydney, N. S. Deane Articled Clerk Sydney.
6th November 1884 — This day by act of court probate of the Will of Elizabeth or Betsy McSorley late of Parramatta Widow deceased was granted to Robert Winstanley Sole Executor. Testatrix died 23rd September 1884. Estate sworn at £600." 6
