Will of Charles Cambage late of Fairfield, retired, written 2 Aug 1945, probate 30 Sep 1947.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me CHARLES CAMBAGE of Fairfield in the State of New South Wales Retired. I REVOKE all wills and testamentary writings at any time heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will. I APPOINT my son WARREN HASTINGS CAMBAGE of Milton in the State of New South Wales to be sole executor and trustee of this my Will. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH to my daughter ENID MOORE McGRUER of Brungle in the State of New South Wales the land and real estate owned by me at Ulladulla in the State of New South Wales absolutely and in the event of this land being sold before my death I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH unto my said daughter Enid Moore McGruer the sum of four hundred pounds (£400) absolutely. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH to my wife STELLA CAMBAGE my house and property known as No. 92 Wrentmore Street Fairfield in the State of New South Wales or any other house other than "Wongabah" Milton in the State aforesaid which I may own at the time of my death absolutely and all my household effects and furniture absolutely. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH to my said son Warren Hastings Cambage my farm and real estate known as "Wongabah" Milton in the State aforesaid subject to the payment by him before the last day of each and every month of the sum of thirteen pounds (£13) to my said wife Stella Cambage during her lifetime, the said payments to be computed from the date of my death and the first payment to be made within one month thereof and each succeeding month during the lifetime of my said wife AND I DIRECT that the said monthly payments shall be a charge upon the said property known as "Wongabah" Milton in the State aforesaid. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate to which I may be entitled at the time of my death whether in possession expectancy reversion or remainder unto my said son Warren Hastings Cambage absolutely PROVIDED that all my debts funeral testamentary expenses death duty and Federal Estate Duty shall be paid out of my said residuary estate andin the event of my residuary estate not being sufficient to meet these payments THEN the balance of such payments shall be paid from my property known as "Wongabah" Milton in the State aforesaid and shall be a charge against the said property. IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my Will this second day of August one thousand nine hundred and forty five. CHARLES CAMBAGE.
