Will of Henry Fisher Cambage late of Milton, Retired Farmer, written 3 Mar 1930, probate 16 Dec 1935.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me HENRY FISHER CAMBAGE of Milton in the State of New South Wales Retired Farmer 1. I APPOINT my brothers THOMAS ALFRED CAMBAGE and CHARLES CAMBAGE and my nephew ARTHUR KOYCHEN (hereinafter called "my trustees") of this my Will. 2. I DEVISE my thirty two acres of land portion one hundred and twenty Parish of Ulladulla County of St. Vincent to my brother Prosper Cambage in fee simple. 3. I DEVISE my twenty two acres of land at Ulladulla (on which two houses are erected) to my said brother Charles Cambage in fee simple for his own use and benefit absolutely. 4. I GIVE the residue of my property both real and personal to my trustees hereinbefore named UPON TRUST to see and call in in the same with power to postpone such sale and calling in indefinitely without being responsible for loss AND I DIRECT that the income of the unsold part thereof for the time being shall be applied in the same manner as if it were income of the investments of the proceeds of sale and calling in thereof. 5. MY TRUSTEES shall out of the proceeds of such sale and calling in and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and all death estate and Probate Duties (whether State or Federal) and shall hold the balance in trust for the following:— AS TO five sixths of such balance IN TRUST for my brothers and sisters JANE FISHER KOYCHEN MARY COLMAN WALTER CAMBAGE WILLIAM CAMBAGE and said THOMAS ALFRED CAMBAGE in equal shares as tenants in common. AS TO the remaining one sixth of such balance IN TRUST for the children of my deceased brother Richard Hind Cambage who shall survive in equal shares in equal shares as tenants in common. 6. IF any of my said brothers and sisters shall die in my lifetime leaving issue me surviving then the property or share of said balance to which such brother or sister would have been entitled under this my Will had he or she survived me shall be held IN TRUST for his or her children in equal shares as tenants in common. 7. I REVOKE all testamentary instruments at any time heretofore executed by me. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand the third day of March one thousand nine hundred and thirty. H. F. CAMBAGE

16th December 1935. PROBATE of the Will was granted to CHARLES CAMBAGE and ARTHUR MILTON KOYCHEN (in the Will called Arthur Koychen) the Executors named therein (THOMAS ALFRED CAMBAGE an Executor named in the Will having renounced Probate thereof). Testator died 19th November 1935. Estate sworn at £11,705:2:0 net. 4
