"COLMAN.—May 6, 1937, at her residence, Mayon, Llandillo-avenue, Strathfield, Mary, relict of the late George Colman and mother of Stanley (Melbourne), Leslie Walter (North Queensland), and Eva (Mrs. McKenzie. Brisbane). Privately interred at Rookwood on the 7th. Aged 80 years 7 months."

I, MARY COLMAN of No. 17 Llandillo Avenue, Strathfield near Sydney in the State of New South WalesWidow HEREBY REVOKE all former wills and declare this to be my last will. I APPOINT my son Leslie Charles Colman to be sole Executor of this my will and in case he shall predecease me I APPOINT my son Leslie Charles Colman to be sole Executor in his stead. I BEQUEATH to my son the said Leslie Charles Colman absolutely all my household furniture goods chattels and effects in or about my residence at the time of my decease subject to my said son paying all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses Probate and Estate Duties and the costs charges and expenses of the administration of my estate AS to all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH the same to my Executor UPON TRUST for my children, namely:—George Stanley Colman, Leslie Charles Colman, Walter Fisher Colman, and Eva Mary McKenzie wife of William McKenzie of Brisbane in the State of Queensland or the survivors or survivor of them living at my death and if more than one in equal shares as tenants in common PROVIDED THAT if any of my said children shall predecease me leaving children living at my death such children shall take their deceased parent's share per stirpes and if more than one in equal shares as tenants in common. IN WITNESS TO THIS MY LAST WILL I have hereunto set my hand on the twentieth day of December One thousand nine hundred and thirty five.
