Marriage Notes:
"CASINO. A very prettily arranged wedding was carried out in our church here on the 10th inst., when Mr. A. W. Simpson, youngest son of our oldest local preacher, was married to Miss Ethel Hely, sister-in-law of the minister. The Rev. C. E. Williams officiated, and the church was nicely decorated with flowers, greenery, and pot plants. The church was filled with visitors. On the previous Sunday evening at the close of the service in Casino, Mr. J. Ball, superintendent of the Sunday-school, stepped forward, and after a few kindly remarks on behalf of the Sunday-school, presented Miss Hely with beautiful editions of the Bible and of Sankey's hymns, the following address being read, ' Presented to Miss Hely on the occasion of her marriage by the teachers, scholars, and parents of the Casino Wesleyan Sunday-school as a slight recognition of her two years faithful work amongst the children. Praying that health, long life, and spiritual blessing may attend her in future life, and that that life may ever be consecrated to the Master's service. Signed by teachers, officers and minister.' Mr. and Mrs. Simpson will settle in Casino." 11
