THE marriage of Elva, elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. G. Gooch, of Raymond Terrace, to Francis, younger son of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Pickin, of New Lambton, was celebrated at Lambton Catholic Presbytery on Saturday by Rev. Father J. Marshall. Mr. Gooch gave his daughter away. The bride wore a dusty pink ensemble and matching hat. Mrs. J. Clarke, sister of the bridegroom, was matron of honor. She wore a cyclamen frock with a black hat. They both wore matching shoulder sprays. Mr. J. Clarke was groomsman. The reception was at the home of the bridegroom's parents." 5
