At the time of the 1911 England Census Arthur Woolgar, age 24, born in Etchingham, railway shunter, and wife of 2 years Minnie, age 25, born in Sutton at Hone in Kent, were living at 74 Seymour Rd., Perry, Northfleet, Kent.
