Mr. Gordon A. Newick, Iwongabong, Noondoo Siding, writes:
As "Paroo" wishes to know how I expect to supply sufficient labor to carry out State-wide crutching in spring and autumn, I will give him a general outline of a system in which every man will be compelled to pull his weight.
