Gives & bequeaths all his messuages, lands & tenements called Gwynn and Kae vingion? David along with several closes and parcels of land belonging to the same called Kae Eingion y Kae gwyn, Blaen y Kae y Kae canol Tin y Kae alias Kae ddu y Kae coch, y Kae bach ---?--- Buarth mae Gwynn, Bwlch y fryth fechan and y garth gwyn situated in the townships of Kefn owen and Dolgleder in county Merioneth to his brother-in-law Hugh Nanney of Llancouse? in the parish of Llanaber county Merioneth Gent. for a term of 500 years.
Gives & bequeaths £60 to his daughter Jane Owen.
Gives & bequeaths £40 to his daughter Margaret.
Gives & bequeaths £40 to his son Lewis Owen.
Gives & bequeaths £40 to his son Griffith Owen.
Gives & bequeaths £40 to his son Hugh.
Gives & bequeaths £40 to his son Robert.
Gives & bequeaths £40 to his daughter Anne.
Gives & bequeaths £40 to his daughter Katherine Owen.
Names his eldest son John Owen.

Constitutes and appoints his wife Gwen Owen and his son Griffith Owen co-executors of his last will and testament.
