In 1851 Mary Williams (34) of Amlwch and husband Rice Williams (45) of Llandyfrydog, shop keeper, were living in Methusalem St., Amlwch. Present were children (born in Amlwch): Mary (4), Ellen (3), Richard (1). Mary's widowed mother and siblings were living in the same street.
In 1861 Mary Williams (43) of Anglesea, widow, shopkeeper & milliner, was living in a private house in Methusalem St., Amlwch. Present were children (born in Anglesea): Mary (14), assistant, Richard (11), scholar, Elizabeth (8), scholar, brother Edward Owen (24) of Anglesea, tailor.
