Gives & bequeaths to his son Evan Richard the house called Tan y llun in the town of Harlech.
Gives & bequeaths to his daughter Elizabeth Richard a black heifer, now grazing along with his other cattle.
Makes his wife and said son Evan Richard co-Executors of his last will and testament.
