Wills that the rents, issues and profits from his messuages, lands and tenements called Hendre . . . . . . , Kefen y Clawdd, Y Kae glas, and Cae ir Sayfon, with their appurtenances, for a term of 100 years from the date of his death, be paid to his younger children in the followinig manner:
He wills £40 to his daughter Dorothie Lloyd.
He wills £60 to his daughter Lowry Lloyd.
He wills £40 to his daughter Jane Lloyd.
He wills £40 to his daughter Anne Lloyd.
He wills that the sum of £90 be equally divided between his younger sons Morris, Robert, John, William, Lodwick and Hugh.
Wills that his son and heir Thomas Lloyd shall have all his silver plate and bowls, six silver spoons and a salt seller, to have the use of them for the duration of his life and after his decease to remain to the use of of his heirs. He gives to his said son his best horse and saddle, one of his best beds....
He makes his daughters Lowry Lloyd and Catherine Lloyd co-executrices of his last will and testament.
Makes his father-in-law Maurice Williams Esquire, Maurice Wynne Esquire, his brother Robert Lloyd and his said son Thomas Lloyd overseers of his last will and testament.
