Abstract of the Will of Ellis Anwyl of Parkia in the County of Carnarvon, Gentleman, written 15 Jul 1801, inventory taken 4 Nov 1801, proved 18 May 1802. 4
Refers to a bond dated 27 Jan 1766 to the sum of £600 wherein it was conditioned that should he marry his present wife Lowry he should leave her £300 at the time of his death. He gives devises & bequeaths the said £300 along with his messuages, tenements, lands, hereditaments & premises in the parishes of Crickieth, Llanystyndwy and elsewhere to his said wife Lowry.
Gives, devises & bequeaths 2s. 6d. each to his daughters Jane, Catherine and Ann to be paid to them out of his personal estate within three months after his decease.
Gives, devises & bequeaths £100 each to his daughters Margaret, Grace and Lowry to be paid to them within three months after his decease.
Gives, devises & bequeaths £100 to his son-in-law John Williams, carpenter, in Trust, that he shall lay out the same at interest to the use of his daughter Margaret Williams until she attains the age of twenty-one years.
Nominates, constitutes & appoints his wife Lowry sole Executrix of his last will and testament.
