An Indenture Tripartite of Settlement dated 10 September 3 William & Mary [1691] (upon his marriage to Margaret Brinkir, his former wife), between Robert Wynn of Maes y neuadd and Jane his wife (now deceased), and he the said William Wynn (by name of William Wynne son & heir apparent of the said Robert) of the one part, and John Humphreys of Caer yn uoch? Gentleman and Rees Prichard of Llwyngwril Gentleman of the other part, reserved a power for William Wynne by his deed or last will to demise or devise any part of of the messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments in the said Indenture of Settlement...
Makes provision for his younger children by Margaret, Ellis Wynn and Jane Wynn...
Gives & devises to James Brinker of Brinker in county Caernarvon Esquire and to Humphrey Meredith of Pengween Esquire all those messuages, tenements and lands with appurtenances commonly called Penarth once in the occupation of Robert Wynn, Llwyngthel in the occupation or tenure of Abraham Lloyd, Coed in the occupation or tenure of Evan John Lewis, Caroglwyd in the occupation or tenure of Richard William, all said premises situated in the parishes of Llanbeder and Llanvair.
Gives & bequeaths to his son Robert Wynn his twenty-shilling piece, his signet, his English bible, all his law books, his account book, the Welsh Book that has the pedigree of his family..., all his household stuff in Maes y neuadd after paying £100 a year after his decease to his Executors.
Leaves £5 to his son Ellis Wynn.
Leaves £5 to his daughter Jane Wynn, and the chests in the middle chamber where the best linens are, the chest of drawers in the parlour chamber.
Leaves his watch to his son William Wynn.
Leaves and bequeaths the rest of his personal estate both at Maes y neuadd and Rhagat to be equally divided between his wife Margaret Wynn and his son William Wynn, constituting them co-executors of his last will and testament.
