Gives & bequeaths to his wife Elizabeth Thomas and daughters Mary Thomas and Anne Thomas all the rest and residue of his personal estate after payment of his debts and funeral expenses have been paid.
Nominates and appoints his wife Elizabeth Thomas as sole Executrix of his last will and testament.
