To be buried in the parish Church of Llanvayer [Llanfair] by the body of his wife lately deceased

Bequeaths 5 shillings for the reparation of the parish Church of Llanfair

Gives devises & bequeaths his messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments called Tyddyn y felin, Cae'r crydd, y Cae Coch, and Loyn to his nephew Samuel Poole son of his brother Richard Poole; and in default of issue to his nephew Samuel Poole son of his nephew Anthony Poole*; and in default of issue to Richard Poole eldest son of his nephew Anthony Poole*.

Gives devises & bequeaths the messuages, tenements and lands called Drws-yr-ymlid? in the parish of Llanfair to his nephew Evan Poole, and after his death to his nephew Samuel Poole son of his brother Richard Poole; and in default of issue to his nephew Richard Poole eldest son of his nephew Anthony Poole

Gives devises & bequeaths messuages, tenements and lands called Garth-y-Ceyliog in the parish of Llanbedr to his nephew Samuel Poole son of his nephew Anthony Poole; and in default of issue to his nephew Richard Poole eldest son of his nephew Anthony Poole

Gives & bequeaths £50 to his niece Mary Thomas to be paid to here two years after his decease.

Cancels the debts owed him by his nephew John Edwards husband of his niece Mary Thomas.

Appoints his cousins and loving friends Richard Anwyl of Park and Maurice Wynne of Llandanwg as overseers of his will.
