Gives & bequeaths £5 to his daughter Jane, wife of Rowland ap Hugh

Gives & bequeaths the rest & residue of his goods, cattels, chattels moveable & immoveable to his wife Ellin and to his children Elizabeth, Anne, Margarett, and Griffith.

Ordains, constitutes and appoints his wife Ellin as sole executrix of his last will & testament.

Ordains & appoints as overseers of his will his brothers-in-law Howell Vaughan, Robert Vaughan, Robert Owen & Owen Lewis
