On Monday, the 29th May, 1809, at the Fox & Hounds, Cheswardine, in the county of Salop....
All that Messuage or Tenement, with the outbuildings, garden and croft of land thereunto adjoining, situated at Chipnall, in the parish of Cheswardine, in the county of Salop, late in the possession of Francis Butter, containing one acre, be the same more or less.
And also all that other Croft, Piece or Parcel of Land, situated in the township or liberty of Chipnall aforesaid, called the Pitmos Nook, lately also in the said Francis Butter's possession, containing one acre, be the same more or less...."
