Abstract of the Will of Mary Ann Vine of Penrith, Widow, written 25 Apr 1900, probate granted 5 Jul 1900. 4

Gives, devises & bequeaths all her real and personal estate to her daughter Letitia Jane Horstman and to her son-in-law Walter John Pruce to hold in trust until her youngest son Percy Joseph turns twenty-one.

Directs her trustees to sell all her household furniture and effects, stock and farming implements, in order to cover the legal and incidental costs occasioned by her death. Further directs that the property on Hornsby Road called Glenview be sold and the proceeds used to make permanent improvements to the property occupied by her daughter Letitia Jane Horstman, in order to provide accommodation for her three sons Frederick Victor, George Ernest and Percy Joseph.
