The Will of William John Rogan, late of Parkes, New South Wales, No Occupation, written 18 Nov 1943, probate 25 Jun 1945.
This is the last Will and Testament of me William John Rogan of Parkes in the State of New South Wales. I revoke all other wills made by me. I appoint my daughter Marie Gladys Rogan to be my Executrix, and direct that my Funeral and my Testamentary Expenses and all my debts shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughters Marie Gladys Rogan and Margaret Ellen Stack all my real and personal estate wheresoever and whatsoever and to which I may be entitled at my decease unto and to the use of my dear daughters absolutely and for their own use and benefit.
In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this Eighteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Three. W. J. Rogan.

25th June, 1945. On this date Probate of the last Will of the abovenamed deceased was granted to Marie Gladys Rogan the Executrix named in the said Will. Testator died on the 3rd day of November, 1944. Estate sworn at the sum of £331:12:6 nett. 3
