William Tarrant late of Wootton Bassett died intestate. On 25 May 1717 Anne Tarrant of Wootton Bassett in County Wilts, widow, was granted Administration of the Goods & Credits of her late husband William Tarrant deceased. Witnesses: Edwd Jones, Sarah Ferris, Robt Franklyn, William Ogborne of Wootton Bassett. 3

Named in his mother's Will as deceased (written 1737) and as father of William Tarrant and Elizabeth Tarrant.
