In 1841 Stephen Dash, aged about 30, ag lab, and wife Eliza, aged about 30, were staying with [Eliza's parents] Thomas Hiscock (65), ag lab, Ann Hiscock (75), in Harris Lane Easton Royal Wilts. Present also was Stephen's and Eliza's son William Dash (5).

In 1851 Stephen Dash, aged 43, born in Burbage, ag lab, and wife Eliza, aged 40, born in Easton, were living in Easton St., Easton, Wilts. Present were children: William (15) of Newbury Berks, ag lab, and Sarah Ann (12) of Easton.

In 1861 Stephen Dash, aged 50, born in Easton [sic], labourer, and wife Eliza, aged 49, born in Easton, were living in Cottage, Easton, Wilts. Present was daughter Sarah (15) of Easton.
