In 1534, Thomas York leased to Thomas Richmond alias Webb and his wife Joan together with other members of the same family land in Draycot and Chisledon. In 1572 Joan Richmond alias Webb was still possessed of Yorke's farm and succeeding in vindicating her claim against her sons Robert and Nicholas. 1

Abstract:
- Item: gives and bequeaths to the mother church of Sarum ijd.
- Item: gives and bequeaths to the high altar of Draycott ijd.
- Item: gives and bequeaths to his son John one plough and all things thereto belonging. He also gives and bequeaths to his son John twenty sheep.
- Item: gives and bequeaths to his son Richard xx sheep.
- Item: gives and bequeaths to his son Nicholas twenty sheep
- Item: gives and bequeaths to his son Robert twenty sheep
- Item: gives and bequeaths to his son Thomas twenty sheep
- Item: gives and bequeathss to his son Andrew twenty sheep
- Item: gives and bequeaths to every one of his sons an acre of barley
- Item: gives and bequeaths to his daughter Margerie ten pounds
- The residue of his goods unbequeathed and not given he bequeaths and gives to his wife Joanne whom he ordains and makes his sole Executrix
