Abstract

- wills that his body be buried in the parish church of Temby

- Item: gives and bequeaths 50 pounds to his brother-in-law John Mabrough, and 57 pounds to his sister Joan Mabrough alias Skiner*, wife of the said John Mabrough, out of the bonds and specialties which John Mabrough has in his custody. He also wills that the 57 pounds bequeathed to his sister Johan Mabrough alias Skiner be held by his cousin John Rowles† for her use.

* Joan Skiner is named in the Will of Raph's father Francis as 'his wife's daughter' (i.e. from a previous marriage).
