Abstract of the Will of Robert Quick of the Parish of Towednack in the County of Cornwall, Farmer, written 13 Jun 1809, proved 8 Jul 1809. ²

Gives to his wife Ann Quick the settlement he made with her on their marriage, along with the use of their lodging room, kitchen, chimney and fowl, and an annuity of £4 for life, to be paid out of his estate of Trevessa Wartha.

Gives to his son James Quick his estate in Trevessa Wartha which James currently occupies.

Gives £60 to his son Robert Quick.

Gives 2 guineas to his daughter Willmot Quick.

Gives 1 guinea to his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Quick.

Gives to his son Paul Quick his estate in Lower Trevessa and the rest of his goods, chattels and credits, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
