Gives 1 shilling to his daughter Grace the wife of Humphry Trembath.
Gives 1 shilling to his daughter Wilmot the wife of John Holla of Zennor.
Gives 1 guinea to his son Isaac Quick of the borough of St. Ives, joiner.
Gives £60 to his son Paul Quick, as well as his estate in Begilten or Begiltubben? in Towednack.
Gives an annuity of £12 to his wife Grace Quick for the term of her natural life, to be paid out of his leasehold estate called Trevesa in Towednack.
Gives 20 shillings yearly to his granddaughter Jane the daughter of his son Paul Quick, so long as she continues to live with her grandmother.
Gives to his son William Quick his estate and premises in Trevesa in Towednack.
Gives to his wife Grace his dwelling house in Trevesa where he now lives, for the term of her natural life, along with whatever household goods and furniture she thinks useful. After her decease he gives the same to his son William. Further gives to his wife furze, turf and fuel from his estate in Trevesa, sufficient to meet her needs and the needs of her granddaughter.
All the rest of his effects he gives to his son William Quick, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
