Gives £10 to his mother Lydia Penneck.

Gives £5 to his brother the Reverend Mr. Henry Pennecke.

Gives £5 to his goddaughter Catharine the daughter of his brother William Penneck.

Gives £10 to Catharine the daughter of John Trewren, Esq^r.

Gives 2 guineas to John the son of William Odgers.

Gives 2 guineas to his servant Charles Smith.

All the rest of his goods and chattels, both real and personal, he gives to his wife Jane Penneck Penneck, whom he appoints sole executrix of his last will and testament.
