To be buried in the chancel of the parish church of Madron as near to her father and sister Jane as possible.
Gives 10 guineas to her niece Mrs. Hill.
Gives £30 to her niece Mrs. Margaret Hitchens.
Gives 10 guineas to her niece Mrs. Peters.
Gives £50 each to her nephews the Rev. William Tremenheere and Col. Walter Tremenheere, which she has in the mortgage of Sir James Mansfield.
Gives to her niece Margaret Tremenheere the interest of £200 for life. After her death, she gives the principal to the children of the said Col. Tremenheere.
Gives 10 guineas to her great-niece Margaret Baynes, the wife of John Baynes, solicitor.
Gives 10 guineas to her great-niece Mrs. Ann Robins, the wife of Rev. Mr. Robins.
Gives 10 guineas each to her great-nephews the Rev. Cuthbert Baynes of St. Ives in Huntingdonshire and the Rev. Johnson Baynes of Cambridgeshire.
Gives 10 guineas to Henry the son of Col. Tremenheere.
Gives £10 to Emma Hambly.
Gives £50 each to her cousins Mrs. D. Finley the wife of the Rev. Thomas Finley of St. Stephens, Mrs. Lydia Rose the wife of Lieut. Rose of Padstow, and Ann Borlase, spinster, of Stephens.
Gives £100 to her cousin Elizabeth Borlase who now lives with her, along with all her clothing, and sufficient furniture to furnish a sitting room, two bedrooms and kitchen.
Gives to each of her servants Sally Hoskin and Ann Blewett one full year's wage.
Appoints Henry Pendarves Tremenheere, Esquire, the sole executor and residuary legatee of her last will and testament.
