- appoints his wife Elizabeth Smeal Greenhill as the sole Executrix and Trustee of his Will.
- gives and bequeaths half of the shares in the Griffiths Brothers Company Limited to his Trustee upon Trust for his children
- gives and bequeaths 50 pounds to the Home Mission Board (associated with the Congregational Union Church of NSW)
- gives and bequeaths 50 pounds to The London Missionary Society (NSW Auxiliary)
- gives and bequeaths the rest, residue & remainder of his real and personal estate to his wife Elizabeth Smeal Greenhill
