The Will of Samuel Whitchurch Perry late of Churchill in the County of Somerset, Gentleman, deceased, who died 25 Jun 1862 at Churchill aforesaid, was proved at Wells by the oath of Eliza Durell Perry of Churchill aforesaid, widow the relict and sole executrix.

Samuel married Eliza Durell SCOTT, daughter of Charles SCOTT Esq. and Mary Ann TREWREN, on 29 Oct 1840 in Constantine, Cornwall. (Eliza Durell SCOTT was christened on 26 Jul 1811 in Helston, Cornwall.)
