Abstract of the Will of William Babb of Gurlyn (in the Parish of St. Erth) in the County of Cornwall, Gentleman, written 14 May 1791, proved 19 Jul 1791. ²

Gives to his niece Charlotte Babb the wife of Thomas Babb of the parish of Teignmouth in co. Devon, and to his three nieces the daughters of George Babb of Tenby in co. Pembroke in South Wales, his dwelling house, lofts and cellars located in Prideaux's Key in Barnstaple, Devon, share and share alike.

Gives £100 to John Tippet Jun^r. the son of John Tippet of Gear in co. Cornwall.

All the rest of his estate, goods & chattels he gives to his wife Julian Babb, appointing her sole executrix of his last will and testament.
