In 1837 James Bull of Budock, Gent. was sole executor of the will of his mother-in-law Harriet Tippet of Falmouth, widow.
In 1851 James Bull, aged 74, born in Falmouth Cornwall, attorney-at-law, farmer? & owner of 280 acres of land, employing 12 labourers, and wife Henrietta Bull, aged 60 [sic], born in Falmouth, attorney's wife, and husband were in Preslowick [Beslowick], Budock, Cornwall. With them were children (born in Budock, unmarried) John (39), employed in husbandry, and Mary (22).
