In 1841 Thomas Pryor (20), stone mason, was with his [widowed] mother Loveday Pryor in Carnkye, Wendron.

In 1847 Thomas Pryor was the sole beneficiary and executor of his mother's will.

In 1851 Thomas Pryor (30) of Wendron, stone mason, and wife Grace (26) of Wendron, were living in Carnkye, Wendron. Present were sons (born in Wendron): Thomas (5), James S. (4m)

In 1861 Thomas Pryor (41) of Wendron, quarry foreman, and wife Grace (36) of Wendron, were living in Fiscer Wendron. Present were children (born in Wendron): Thomas (15), farmer of 12 acres of land, James (10), schollar, Lovedy Jane (6), scholar, John (4), scholar, Grace (1), Emley (3w)
