In 1785 Ann Blake was a beneficiary of the will of her half-uncle the Rev. Jonathan Toup, receiving £300.

In January 1786 Ann Blake was present at the marriage of her sister Phillis Blake to Nicholas Harris Nicholas in St. Martin by Looe.

In May 1787 Ann Nicholas was present at the marriage of her sister Margaret Blake to John Harris Nicholas in St. Martin by Looe.

In 1788 Ann Nicholas was a beneficiary of her husband's will, receiving an annuity of £30.

In 1841 Ann Nicholas, aged about 80, ind[ependent], was living in Middle Market Street, St. Martin's by Looe, Cornwall.
