Application from unnamed correspondent, headed `Withiel November 1st 1743' and addressed to Mr John Chapman, requesting Dame Frances Gifford, widow, and Francis Loggin, esquire, to grant a lease to Mary Lander, spinster, of Mawgan in Meneage, for 99 years, on lives of herself and Ann Vyvyan of Trelowarren, spinster; term to commence on death of Ann Tregideon, widow.
Property: tenement with gardens, orchards, lands, etc., called Chyverloe, now in possession of Ann Tregideon, widow.
Consideration: £89 5 shillings, with usual fees, rents and dues, exceptions, reservations and covenants.
