Abstract of the Will of Alice Hockin of the Parish of Illogan in the County of Cornwall, Widow, written 4 Feb 1784, proved 9 May 1786. ²

Gives to her grandchildren, namely Anne Hockin, Charles Hockin, Alice Hockin, Blanch Hichins, Grace Hockin, Jane Hockin, Benjamin Hockin, Mary Hockin and Richard Hockin, sons and daughters of her late son Benjamin Hockin, her part of Tregagorran otherwise known as Tregagorran Waters or North Tregagorran, share and share alike.

Appoints her daughter Blanch Rickard sole executrix of her last will and testament, giving her all her lands and tenements for the term of her natural life, after which the same goes to her children, namely John Rickard, Grace Rickard and Alice Rickard.
