  Gives £25 to his sister Catherine Blewett.
  Gives to his wife Jane Rowe his all his estate including the premises in Goonsoil in the parish of Camborne.
  Gives £50 to his nephew Hanibal Rowe.
  Gives to his other nephews and nieces as follows: £4 to Grace Pengilley, £2 to Margret Vivian, £2 to Elizabeth Rowe, £6 to Ann Pascoe, £6 to Jane Lidecoate, £5 to Grace Blewett, and £1 each to John Blewett, Thomas Blewett and William Blewett.
  Gives £3 to John Rowe son of John and Elizabeth Rowe.
  Gives his dwelling house in Goonsoil to his wife's nephew Abel Pearce, and the land and other houses to Elizabeth Pearce his wife's sister.
  Appoints his wife Jane Rowe sole executrix of his last will and testament.
