  Abstract of the Will of James Rowe of Ash Hill in the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 29 May 1828, proved 10 Feb 1834. 2
  Desires to be buried in the parish churchyard of Camborne. 
  Gives to Jenefer Bailey the daughter of James Bailey a ground room and the chamber above in the eastern part of Gunsil House, with the garden belonging to it, for the term of her natural life.
  Gives one guinea each to his sisters Elizabeth Rowe and Cathrine Blewett and to his brother George Rowe.
  Gives 10 shillings each to his nephews Philip Rowe and Edward Blewett. 
  All the rest of his estate he gives to his brother John Rowe, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
