Abstract of the Will of William Moyle of the Parish of Wendron in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 25 Nov 1826, proved 26 Dec 1826. 2
Gives an annuity of £20 to his daughter Frances Moyle, to be paid out of his leasehold estates of Boscadjack and Besoar in the parish of Sithney. Also gives to her his best bed and bedding, a chest of drawers, a case of shelves and its furniture, a mahogany table, five chairs and his clock.
Gives an annuity of £10 to his daughter Jenifer Moyle the wife of John Moyle, to be paid out of the aforementioned estates in Sithney. Also gives to her the remainder of his household goods and furniture, and all his live and dead stock.
Gives to his grandson William Moyle the son of John and Jenifer Moyle his estate in Carnkey in the parish of Wendron.
Gives to his son William Moyle his estate of Menerlue in Wendron, and after his death to his son should he have one. In default of a male heir, he gives the same to his grandson William Moyle the son of John and Jenifer Moyle.
Gives £50 to his granddaughter Frances Moyle, daughter of John and Jenifer Moyle, to be paid to her when she turns twenty-one or on her day of marriage, whichever happens first.
Gives an annuity of £10 to his brother Peter Moyle, to be paid to him out of his estate of Menerlue. Also gives his two best suits of clothes and also the use of his silver buttons and buckles until his said grandson William Moyle turns twenty-one, when they are to pass to him.
Gives to Edward Moyle the son of his uncle Edward Moyle the rest of clothing.
Appoints his son William Moyle sole executor of his last will and testament, giving him the remainder of his effects & property, with the exception of his interest in Bodilly where he now lives, which he gives to his son-in-law John Moyle.
Nominates his brother Peter Moyle and Peter's son Samuel Hill Moyle guardians and trustees of his grandchildren until they reach their respective ages of twenty-one years.
